    Fozak does not ask for or require Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive identifiers. Please do not share such information through the chatbot.

2. How We Use Information

  • Analyze which topics, states, and question types are most common so we can improve our answers.
  • Understand how people use Fozak to make it more helpful and user-friendly.

3. Educational Use Only

Fozak is an AI-powered rights education tool. It provides educational information only — not professional guidance of any kind. No professional relationship is created by using Fozak. Any information you share is treated as educational input, not as confidential communication.

4. Analytics and Tracking

We use the following analytics tools:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We use GA4 (Measurement ID: G-GBB96QFVMG) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, and general usage patterns. When you submit a question, GA4 records an event including the mode selected, the state entered, and the approximate length of your question — but not the full question text. Google’s privacy policy applies to data collected by GA4 and can be found at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Internal Analytics: We store question logs in our own secure database to analyze what topics users ask about and improve our content. This data includes the question text, mode, state, city, and timestamp. We do not share this data with third parties.

You can opt out of GA4 tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share limited data only in these circumstances:

  • With service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, AI processing) who help operate our site, under appropriate data protection agreements.

The AI responses in Fozak are powered by a third-party AI provider. Questions you submit are sent to OpenAI’s API for processing. OpenAI’s privacy policy applies to this data and can be found at openai.com/privacy.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Improve performance and security.
  • Analyze traffic and usage trends via Google Analytics.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may not work properly.

7. Data Retention

  • Chatbot question logs are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymized.
  • GA4 data is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings (up to 14 months by default).
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 10).

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We recommend you do not share highly sensitive personal details (such as full names combined with financial or health information) through the chatbot.

9. Children’s Privacy

Fozak.com is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have unintentionally collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your Choices

  • You may clear cookies through your browser settings.
  • You may choose not to provide your state or city — Fozak will still answer using general information.
  • You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
